What?? You can totally tell. That's a stupid question. Hello girls are so caught up in how they look the right clothes, the pretty makeup, and boys aren't wearing that stuff most of the time. So I would say it is pretty easy.

I think they see themselves. I don't know why they don't do it, personally, I don't care. I love the person I met inside, not the model I met outside. Maybe they like looking the way they do, who knows. I don't, and I don't bother to care. I have a few friends who get asked what gender they are, and I don't really care. I see them as them, not as a gender.
