i am size 36C is tis normal? what is the best way to change it?

It's a great size if you're 5'4" and on the petite side. It all depends on body shape and size. 36C is an average size these days. Are you proportional to your shoulder width and overall height? What is average on one person could be considered too big or too small for others. Best way to change it is surgery. I had it and I'm really glad.

Why change it? This is not a problem with your body but with your perception of your body. Therefore, no amount of changing your body can possibly help. However, changing the way that you think about your body will help greatly.
