I've never met a person with all those qualities before. I am wondering is a popular person can be kind, smart, artistic, athletic, musical, spiritual, and imaginative at the same time.

Why not?
Artistic musical and imaginative all go together.
so do smart, kind and spiritual.
If you got all those qualities you will be popular.
Some people who are smart and kind have talents other than artistic or musical that are every bit as good.
If that's what you want start dating musicians till you find one with the other requirements.
Musicians do a lot of drugs but LSD can be spiritual.

Yes! I have seen proof! There is a girl in my grade and she is a gorgeous little christian girl. She started on the varsity basketball and softball team when she was a freshman! She is super smart, very artistic, and to top it all off she's skinny! I'm always trying to find something to hate her for but I can't! She's perfect!
