My favorite salt water fish is a milletseed butterfly fish, I've actually caught one in the wild before. But they are really peaceful and get along with other fish well. You have to try a snowflake moray eel also, and a small puffer fish. These are all fish that I have had in my tank and caught myself while snorkling here in hawaii.

well my favorite saltwater aquarium fish would probably be a clown fish i think those are very cute i dont know if you like them but there are a nother one i like but i just can't think of the name what is your favorite saltwater fish?

I agree the Mandarin Goby is beautiful. I also somewhat like the Moorish Idol even regardless of the reality that those are somewhat complicated to save alive. Triggers and puffers are in basic terms somewhat cool searching and in many cases have some large colours. Hawkfish are in basic terms cool to exhibit screen.

My favorite was an Undulated Trigger, he was smart and had personality (well, as much as a fish can have)

Harlequin Tuskfish...gorgeous fish, but they get too big for most tanks..
Puffers rock too...sooo many different kinds!

we had a seahorse one tme that was pretty cool butthe only thing is they dont live long
