Take an over the counter H2 blocker such as tagamet or zantac, or an over the counter PPI such as prilosec. Chronic heartburn should be evaluated by a doctor. It predisposes you to a condition called Barrett's esophagus, which predisposes you to esophageal cancer.

For chronic heartburn, take Prilosec OTC. It is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces the amount of acid secreted by your stomach. Then mention that you take it to your doctor at your next appointment.

Kevon's experience has been that he found out that he was gluten intolerance. This reduced my greatly but unfortunately got back to eating gluten ladened products. Another despite eating the gluten that aggrevates the sitatution was to take Coconut Oil (Unrefined and raw) after each meal. Another was Papaya pills. sometimes would drink the juice or concentrate without mixing.

Cut your meals in 1/2 also don't eat grease or fat-ting foods it makes your stomach go hay wire I promise just do that and don't eat 4 hrs before bed and you will be all OK oh the first few days while your stomach is getting use to the new way of eating just take some tums
