theres a kid in school, karate, and scouts that addmits hes bisexual and he keeps touching me in my private areas on "accident" but goes out of his way to do it and in scouts one time i had to tent with him right when we were getting dressed (under our covers he tried to touch me and i quickly got dressed and told him to stop but he didnt so after i was dressed i startedto beat the sh*t out of him and he was like "help help this gay guys trying to rape me" then i got demerited and then we went to sleep and all the friggin night he tried to touch me so i stayed up all night until about when i thought he was asleep and then in the morning i told our scoutmaster and he was like "stop lying its unscoutly to lie" or some BS like that and then when i come home i saw a big scar on my p**** and i think that he did some homo sex **** on me

If you have a big scar you probably scratched it or something. You were fighting and out in a tent in the woods somewhere. If your scoutmaster doesn't believe you, tell your parents or someone at school just so they will be aware and then carry one of those voice activated recorders with you whenever you're around him. If he tries anything make sure the recorder hears you telling him to leave you alone and if he touches you again beat the living hell out of him. You'll have proof that you were right and he wouldn't leave you alone.

file a restraining order. after that one file another one all the while trying to get AWAY from him
