I am taking my pills on a regular basis and my bf usually performs withdrawal. But lately, he didn't do it outside, so I'm kinda worried if the pills are good enough to prevent pregnancy...(confused)

Well the effectiveness of pill vary from woman to woman. I have been on birth control for over 10 years and I have never gotten pregnant. But, like I said, maybe I'm not that fertile in the first place (been told so by the doc). So, if you really don't want to get pregnant, take all the precautions you can.

Pills are 99% effective against preventing pregnancy but not STD's, You still need to be careful, there are many STD's out there that you can suffer from for the rest of your life. And there is NO guarantee that your bf didn't bring some to the realtionship or that he is not cheating. You need to lool out for #1 and that is you

Nothing is 100%..i got pregnant while I was on Birth Control and we were also using the pull out method..so just be safe. Plus if your worried this time take a test but definately use a condom from now on because the pull out method isnt the best..because you can get pregnant before he even knows he came in you.

Thats why the pill was invented. So you don't have to wear a condom but it is only like 99.1% effective, so there is always the chance. Would you like to meet my 3 year old! But if you are really that concerned, you should use some other form of contraception.

It should be if you take them right. You should always use a condom. For extra protection against pregnancy, more important, for sexual transmit disease.
