A family of about 7 Puerto Ricans moved in next door and none of them speak a word of English I know they are Puerto Rican because they told my dad when they first moved in. I think the man works in some yard business but the others I dont know what so my question is should I call the police? Who should I call?

Call the police because they should not be in this country they should go home they arent allow.

You are wrong. Puerto Rico is a US Commonwealth (as opposed to a US state). Puerto Ricans have been US citizens since 1917. As such, they have the right to live wherever they want in the United States, including next door to you.

If they can't speak English,then how did they tell your Dad,they were Puerto Ricans?. Why would you call the police on them? What have they done to you?. why call the police when they havent done anything? if i remember correctly puerto rico is an American territory....in other words like it matters they moved in next door. as long as they do what they are supposed to then dont worry about them and it will be all good. are you a raceist person or something? oh no the puerto ricans thier gonna eat your dog.....come to grips with it and leave the people alone they are trying to make a life for themselves. let them do it peacefully. one other bit of info Bush has closed American borders so i highly doubt they are illegal. gotta have a passport to enter and leave this country now.
