Nope...my sister is blonde...and far from dumb....as well as many others...every watched Beauty and the Geek....now some of those girls are dumb...and most of them are not blonde...

depends on if she's simultaneously chewing gum, talking light-speed about nothing on her cell, petting her purse dog, stumbling in her stiletto heels, twirling her hair (she's holding the cell between her head and her shoulder... doesn't have three hands, although that would be entertaining), rolling her eyes, and jingling with all the gawdy jewelry....
I might be inclined to think something along those lines...
