I don't think boys look a eyebrows unless they are really bushy.

It depends on how bushy you're talking about. I think that anyone would prefer a little bushy over barely there, over-plucked ones. In my opinion eyebrows should only be plucked to remove whatever excess hair is there, not plucked so that you only have a thin line for an eyebrow. Guys typically don't pay much attention to detail though, and I think unless your eyebrows were REALLY bushy or thin, almost drawn-on lines they really wouldn't notice them much at all.

I wouldn't know since I'm not a boy, but I assume that it depends on how bushy and what the rest of the person's face looks like. If it's like a unibrow, most likely not.

it depends on how bushy but usually they dont. u get made fun of and blah blah. lol. the best is to get brow waxed.

i doubt it...plus cleanly waxed/plucked eyebrows give you a brighter appearance.
