And there's several things on your plate, do you eat all of one, then move onto the next.. or do you take bites from each thing??
I usually eat the meat then move around my plate clockwise...

I eat little bits from each pile. I finish by eating my least fav. 1st. This way my last bite has a little of everything that's good.
That is how I run my plate!

I take bites from each thing but NOTHING can touch or I won't eat it. It drives my hubby nuts!! Sometimes I'll have three separate plates for one meal:)

I usually take a bit from each thing that way I don't just fill up on one thing and the rest gets wasted.

I tend to eat one item at a time as well, but I don't usually follow a specific rotational pattern. I usually start off with the lightest food first moving toward the heaviest last (i.e. salad --> veggies --> rice --> meat).
