I have a 1998 3.3L Plymouth Voyager with 110K+ miles. While driving today, the oil light came on, along with a warning beeper. The oil level is good, and I suspect the oil pressure sending unit has failed? Are my suspicions correct, and where is the oil pressure sending unit located?

Can't remember right now, but the oil pump is at the front of crankshaft, so maybe it is in the timing cover or front of block somewhere. Sometimes those things are buried.

the single which motives this and runs the gauge is on the decrease drivers area by using the oil filter out housing. It has contacts that soften interior and supply you erratic or no oil tension readings. the single on the precise that the different guy became into speaking approximately isn't the luxurious one. it incredibly is the gas pump/oil tension change that shuts off the gas pump in case you haven't any longer any oil tension so which you do no longer expend your engine.
