Telling ppl wont make you gain weight faster. But i do understand how you are feeling. I tend to Eat something before drinking anything since its seems to be the fluids that are coming back up so easily. Its part of pregnancy! Some ppl are lucky not to get it.. but theres some of us who have had it throught the entire pregnancy before. Try Animal Crackers if need be.. those work better then normal crackers for me. Good luck!

I know how you feel I couldnt keep anything down either, try eating a cracker before getting out of bed and do not drink anything right when getting up it will make things messy, believe me. If you dont gain enough weight the docs will give you shots to help you gain the weight.

I know how you feel. I could not keep anything down for nine month. I was 25lb less (i am fat) after I gave birth, them when I started. About 4 months I stared going to the Doctor every two weeks to see if the baby was growing. I had a nine pound baby. I eat, and drink water, and threw up. My baby was fine
take to your doctor if your worry
Everyone carries different
God bless
Good luck

I had a hard time keeping anything down, it went away almost exactly at the second trimester, and then the cravings began...

I also lost weight at first and people were worried, but it's normal, and believe me, you'll gain soon!

Telling people might relax you a little
you will definitely feel better if you have been trying to keep it secret if you let people know

I've heard bananas are good for morning sickness
they're easy to digest and don't stir it up more

i dont believe any of those tales. every woman is different, every pregnancy is its own. all different. not one size fits all.
calm down, and just relax. just eat soup or whatever seems good to you. eat fruits. just have liquids till you can eat again.
