Why just hentai? Why not all pornography? Hey, why not everything you don't agree with? Why not everything George Bush doesn't agree with - so no democratic campaigning, criticism of Christianity, promotion of science, criticism of the government etc. You see where that gets you? Ban one thing and it becomes easier to ban other things. If people want hentai then there will ALWAYS be hentai sites on the net. You cannot stop it.
What 'they' (meaning the webmasters who run these sites) should do is introduce stricted controls on minors viewing them. But that would only work as long as they're responsible.
