i mean like when i walk my knee is turned in so if i try to lay my leg flat of walk syreight it hurts really bad and it pops everytime. i t is also swolen but I know it isnt twisted because i wouldn't be able to walk
I am really concerned

you probably stretched the tendons/ligaments that hold your patella (kneecap) into it's groove on your knee. The popping is the patella slipping into and out of the groove. I would go see an orthopaedic doctor if you are truly concerned because they will be able to tell from an x-ray whether or not you chipped a bone or something. Odds are that you merely injured yourself, loosened some connecting tissue and the resulting swelling is causing you great discomfort. A doctor will also be able to prescribe an anti-inflammatory to control the swelling and it sounds like you may need a brace to hold everything in place while it heals.

probably jammed and displaced by swelling a good x-ray and pain killer and rest is what is probably what you need.
