Poor animals are always getting neglected by their owners....

people dont even think animals are living things, the people thinks they are just nothing but bunch of junk object in our world.
some people trains the bull dogs to fight. some people ude the bull dogs to fight for the money which is illeagal in most of usa. i know in florida.
not many people are loving pet owner ( like me)

Some people abuse or mistreat animals out of a true desire to cause pain, but most people do it out of ignorance, or lack of knowledge. There are many people that get pets because it's the thing to do, but they don't realize what's truly involved in pet ownership. They may want a cool looking dog (pit bulls and other bully breeds are often the breeds that fall to this) and don't realize the time that it takes to not only train, but maintain a dog like that. They don't realize that you can't tie it in the backyard, feed it kibble and it will love you. The dog then suffers. They don't realize that you need to keep your cats indoors or monitor them outdoors because they will get hit, or get in fights, etc. They don't realize that you have to take them to the vet, or that they need shots yearly. It's just a lack of education. With the huge number of free animals in the world, they often don't even have to go through a breeder or any other source that would educate them.

Because for most owners it could be their first time actually having a dog or it could be a feeling they find great. I know it sounds wrong and it is and people who mistreat their animals should be fined or punished for these cruel acts.

It takes patience, and time to train an animal. People get frustrated too easily. People have good intentions when they get a pet, but when it comes down to the training, they give up and think the animal isn't trainable. Then in time the pet gets forgotten. Having a pet is a big responsibility.

The same reason people mistreat other people. An animal generally can not fight back ,so people like to take out anger and frustrations out on them.

They get the animal, say...a dog. Realize that they don't have enough money to take care of them but don't want to give them up. Or they find out that owning a dog is a lot of work, training, feeding, exercising. And they just don't want to do it or don't have the time. Or they find that hurting their animals feels like it empowers them, or they find joy in hurting other things. There really is no good reason but it happens.

Other than people being idiots... Most of the time the dogs are not trained and get out of control. Then it shows me that the owner is ignorant about the proper way to handle, train and treat a dog...

some people do it because they cannot fight back, or because they are... crazy because the animals are a privalege. some of the drug dealers think that mis treating thier dog will make it protect there drugs because it is hungry and wants to eat. or people are just dumb and have no heart. or they dont no how to treat there pet. you never no. thats just my opinion. but its not about what i think, im just suggestions... its why u think they do it that matters. im just here to help =)
