Phillip Rivers is already top 10 (and that's modest) and will become of the best to play the game.
Vick has so much potential...kinda... yet has wasted almost all of it. I am usually a big preacher of the "get him some WRs" & "west coast offense doesn't fit his natural style" but somethings to be great you have to overcome things and he just hasn't. I'd rate him as a semi-bust for now. If he gets things together, then kudos, if not -- full-on bust.
Others would be Manning, Brady, Palmer (big talk last year and early this year, then you didn't hear anything..I'm guessing his team's poor performance ---despite him playing ~as well as last year (~ being that some thigns were up (yds, ypa) while others were down (TD, %, INT-up ---basically a "down") ). Then There's McNabb (if he can manage a whole season he's dangerous), Brees, Culpepper should be back in action in 07(if he keep the recievers he's got, and Ronnie Brown gets productive enough to take off pressure --look for his name among the top).

Vick is more of an athlete than a qb though he has a great arm he is very inacurate
peyton could be the best but can't win the big game he understands defenses except the 3-4
i would have to say brady currently because he is a proven winner

Coming from the same hometown as Vick, I can say that I support him and the Falcons. But, Peyton Manning is far better than Vick. Manning holds multiple records of varying sorts, and he's carried his team the entire season. Vick has his moments, but too often he screws up.
Peyton > Michael

The best QB is probably Peyton Manning. He puts up huge numbers and always leads his team to a great record. Donavan McNabb is also great, as is Tom Brady, Carson Palmer, Drew Brees and Tony Romo.

Tom Brady has 3 Super Bowl rings. If the Colts win Super Bowl XLI, then there's a discussion to be had.
