Jay-Z of course he been in the game longer than TI he is much more talented than TI! TI cannot Write Ryhmes Like Jay - Z Does. Jay _Z Spits Much Better also. he voice sounds more Street.

Better looking: TI
Better at acting: TI
Better at business: Jay-Z
Better rapper: right now TI but I don't think that he will have the longevity in the industry that Jay-Z has

Jay Z used to be really good but his latest album stinks. So TI-he's pretty good and has nice rhymes.

try listening to some of jay z's earlier stuff (like his first record that was actually good) before he totally changed his style and became a SELL OUT!!
