Girl Dragon ... Yes, some people say/do confusing things on purpose. They act oddly or may try to "turn you off" intentionally. This results in you not enjoying their company and then you're likely to avoid them.

Sometimes, they're really trying to convey intelligent information, but they don't know how to express themselves logically and you wind up getting confused.

Why do they seem interesting? Perhaps you THINK they know something that you don't know.

It sounds like you are talking about narcissistic people. They tend to confuse people and give people confusing instructions. confusing people are so interesting because they are new and different to u and u r attracted to that differentness and want to get to kno them more. regular people dont really have anything interesting to talk about or something...i mean 2 opposites always attract right!

cuz im one of those confusing people and its bcuz that u have no idea wat their talking bout at ne time so u try to listen to wat their saying even though u have no clue at all! and well i dont think that its the people that r interesting its the small minds that claim the confusing people interesting cuz really their not confusing u just have a small mind thats all its normal for small minded people to find thing interesting!
