I know what you are going through! I am 30 weeks and I just got over a horrible cold that kept me up all night and exhausted! I took tylenol for the sinus pain and NASAL WASHES for the stuffiness. Drink a lot of hot apple cider, hot chocolate, and weak tea(nothing herbal). The coughing is uncomfortable, but it is actually better not to suppress it so you can cough out any of the phlem. You will get better! It took almost two weeks for mine to get better and I felt like no one knew how miserable I was! Try to rest as much as possible. Good Luck!

Your baby may not have the same symptoms, but you should definitly be seeing a doctor about yours. These are all good signs of the flu and possible something more. Any illness you have could affect your baby's health and growth. The sooner you start receiving appropriate anitbiotics the better for both you and your baby.

no. Your baby is protected from all of that. Just make sure you drink plenty of liquid and eat. The baby still needs nourishment. Also, watch what medication you take for your symptoms....the baby can feel the effects of that too.....

More than likely your baby is fine, which is why you feel so bad. Remember that your baby takes everything from you, while you are preg.

Be careful about taking certain OTC meds.

Hang in there!!
