when you receive an order dismissig for want of prosecution, what happens to the money you spent for the divorce? i mean, does he get that money back?

No. The money pays the filing fees, service of process, etc. No refunds will be coming.

I just love these questions. the courts give the money to the society for under privileged children of the divorced people all over the word.

you dont buy a divorce and then when it doesnt work , you get your money back. you spend all that money in service fees and court costs. (Service fees being the attorneys) . Hey, a great idea for a new wall mart service. divorce decrees. returnable with a receipt , or would you like it on a gift card.
