Standoff HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED! Why would you you take the time to post something about ratings and canceling shows with you didn't bother to get your facts straight.
Fact: The network has ordered 6 more shows.
Fact: The network has aired a total of 10 shows.
Fact: The network has 9 more episodes left to air.
When will it return? That was yet to be determined. Right now Fox has 24 and Idol to lead the network. Now its just a matter of when not IF. A network spokesperson's comments lead me to believe it will return sometime after Idol and 24 or end or sometime during the spring.

it was cancelled long before 24 came back
it had horrible ratings so they dumped it...that's why all shows get cancelled
shows with good ratings are never cancelled

cause 24 returned and no offense 24 is better!
