Hi does anyone know what this picture is worth?

signed by Bette Boop-on pack of picture it reads 1937 #15
picture is of young Betty Boop looking at daisies-the daisies are animated, I would attach copy but do not see anywhere that Ican attach a file

Betty Boop is a fictional character like Popeye or Mickey Mouse. Doubt if it really signed....take it to an appraiser if you think it might be worth something

Depends on the condition. As well, it also depends on who you ask. A fan will pay more for it than anyone else.
