there is not any determination yet. some days in the past a media touted "try case" became thrown out of courtroom. although, it is academic as that's now the situation to a propper OFT try solid. All new claims are positioned on carry following an FSA ruling, contemporary ones are being considered nonetheless. it ought to absorb to 2 years for this to be resolved now, as pending the OFT's effect the banks could have the splendid to charm.

yes i recently claimed back 3 years of overdraft charges. no bank will go to court and all will pay back. the argument is the cost of the bank when you go overdrawn and is it justifiable to charge as much as they do. it costs them on average about £5 not what ever they charge you each time something in the region of £25. they know they will loose if it went to court. as soon as they loose everyone will want their money back. that's why they pay you back. good luck

My sister has and she succeeded. She even got her loan insurance refunded by arguing that she was forced to sign or told she wouldn't be allowed the loan. In addition, as a goodwill gesture, all her interest charges have been refunded. It was a tough fight but well worth it so I'd say don't give up, keep on arguing your case and you will succeed. Good luck!!

We're in the process right now....so far we're up to £3000...had to open another bank account at another bank first! I thought at first it would be a lot of aggravasion but It's coming along quite smoothly! I love doing it to our bank because they are the most unfriendliest people I have ever met in my entire life!!!!!
