well it depends on what it is about. if you are sad over something you can not control, then you have to learn to be strong and move past it. if you are sad over something that you can control, understand that you have the power to change it. most of the time when people are having problems, it is not up to the people outside of yourself to solve them, it is something that can only be done from inside of you. i would meditate and find solutions to my problems; learn to relax and to let go.

You should write all your thoughts on paper. Keep a journal. It truly does help me. OR you can workout. Go for a 5mi walk. Slug a punching bag or matress for awhile. A good workout will exhaust you both mentally and physically. If you dont like either of my choices, get online and talk to a stranger...pick up the phone and call a mental help line. Anything is better than sitting around and doing nothing about your problem.

provided that absolutely no one was around you probably would not be having any problems so what i think youre saying is that you cant confide in anyone close to you. if thats the case and you can afford professional advice you can hire one if not you may be able to talk with a preacher, provided you believe in some sort of religion. thiers also a community mental health clinic in most communities that offer free or low dollar help, in any event the most important thing to do is get help. you also need to stay busy to keep your mind off of your problems god bless and things will get better you just need to have faith that it will for you

You can try venting through a hobby or art. I went through a similar situation and it was when I created the best art and writing I have ever done in my life. My art and writing did all the talking and my audience understood what I felt through what I did. I let my work do all the talking metaphorically. You should try the same.

-You can pray & ask God or whoever you believe in, to help you through your pain.
-Read spiritual, uplifting books.
-Focus on helping others can help you forget your problems or help them to not seem as big.
-Excersize & take vitamins & eat healthy can help with depression.
-Keep a journal, or write like crazy, without stopping, put it all on paper, keep it if you want or throw it away.
-Don't be so hard on yourself, we all make mistakes, you have to let go, improve & move on.
-Think of 5 things everyday you are grateful for.
-See a counselor.

I hope this helps, God Bless
