Yes I've been quite a few years before.I left with great memories.I think tht every touristic place in Greece is suitable for families except from Mykonos which attracts mostly a certain group of people maybe not that familial,if this is what you mean.

Its a beautiful quiet traditionally greek resort. Its a great place for a family break, as its busy without being too busy or two english. The resort is centered around the harbour with a cluster of restaurants and bars on the edge of it, behind this is the old town which is full of traditional shops and little greek bars. I had a fantastic two weeks out there with my partner. Its unusal to find somewhere so typicaly Greek and unspoilt. You will love it i promise you. It might be worth noting that most apartments are uphill from the harbour which my be a bit of a problem if you have a child in a buggy. Ours was about a ten minuite walk from the town, a beautiful apartment block with pool called the Irini studios clean quiet with a nice pool bar and lovely owners.

Parga is a magnificent location and yes it is suitable for families. AVOID August. It is worse than Disneyland at Christmas. Sadly, the locals' greed has ruined one of the nicest places in the Med.
