I have a document on file that I want to send as an e-mail, to somebody how do I go about doing it ??

Go to www.gmail.com and register for an email.
Get an email, address the email to the recipient, click on "attachments", navigate to where the file is stored on your computer, double click on it, attach it, and then send the email.

Do you mean you want to know how to attach a file to an email or how to get a paper document attached to an email?
