Modern day pirates could use toxic waste as a weapon just like modern terrorists. gold is worth $633.30 USD per troy oz. on the Comex commodities exchange as of 1:40 pm today

They could use it on their enemies as a weapon. Gold is worth $468.20 and up per oz.
