I'd be interested to know what kind of rap you listen to, then. All I know of is the bootys and cr@p, which is a main reason I don't like it. Broaden my mind......

When I listen to music, I like it to be about more than booty, who has the biggest booty and how to get the booty. like to have clean language. I don't want to hear f--- this and f--- that.

I like rap music but I just hate rap videos. I'm tired of seeing another chic's butt on my t.v. screen...I know that much. Other than that its okay music. I like R&B music a lot better.

I like some of the older stuff-2 live crew's "me so horny" & "the f**k shop, then I love the remix of "Walk this way"-Aerosmith & Run D.M.C. -if the rap has melody I like it's cool but most of it is annoying!

Because all it is is a bunch of retards talking really fast with beating in the background about sex and drugs. Im not gonna make someone rich by listening to s**t like that.

I think they aren't open minded enough and just believe what the general public says about it. rap, to me, is making the most strides in music these days. It's a relatively new genre, so is still exciting and new.

i do like it actually, i dabble in all genres, but i really like rap/r&b and i dig grime rappers from london like lady sovereign, etc...but i mean, alot of ppl who use this site are into pop, country, rock, etc...thats from my observation though

People can turn it if they don't like it. I turn off heavy metal and country. It's mainly because it is black men making money. Black wannabes are making it too.
