It's possible. Take the phone apart as much as you can and leave it on a clean towel to dry out for atleast 24-48 hours. Put it back together after patting it with another towel and see if it works. If it still has the same issues, contact your the markers of your phone and if you've had the phone for a year or less they should have no problem replacing it.
Don't use a microwave or an oven or a hairdryer. Firstly the microwave will be fried if you put metal in it if you turn it on accidentally it could even set your phone on fire and ovens and hairdryers emit moisture so it's like you'd be adding water back into your phone, just keep it away from any moisture on a towel. No it wont get all the water out but Its safer than what other people are saying to do.

Put by a hair dryer on low heat for a 1/2 hour or so and position the phone about a foot or so away. check with your hand to make sure its not too hot....take out the sim and battery before doing this. May have to do a couple of times. sometimes you'll have to recharge the battery too before it will work right. I saved 3 like this

You could be lucky let it dry for a couple of day take the back off an leave it on a piece of kitchen roll. My friend dropped her phone in the washing up bowl and it is now working again.

My mate dropped her phone in the sink. She took it apart, removed the battery etc and jst put all the parts in the airing cupboard for a couple of days. It dried it off nicely and the phone worked fine afterwards, only thing that she couldn't do onit anymore was watch video.

I've dropped my cell phone in the toilet and I took the battery out and used a hair dryer and all that. Didn't work. Luckily, I was able to return it and get a new one.
Even if you are able to get it working now, you don't know what the long term damage to your phone might be.

I dropped mine down a toilet at a outdoor gig... I retrieved it (I was drunk) and put it in the sun to dry out. Surprisingly it worked.
Try it on top of a radiator to dry it out. It depends if its damaged your screen mostly. Don't fiddle with it, just let it really dry out.
Good luck!

lol, I dropped my k750! in a pint of beer and dried it out on a radiator over night. Worked OK but the buttons were never the same.
Give it a try, i doubt it will dry thoroughly enough without a moderate heat source though (radiator, hair dryers are ok, lol i wouldn't recommend ovens or microwaves!!).
Good luck!!.

I would say that your phone is fryed. You might try letting it dry but water+electronics isnt good. Start saving your money for a new one.
