That's a Chinese White Cloud Minnow. They like to be in schools (or shoals) 6 or more to a group. They also like cooler water than most aquarium fish,however if you keep the tank at the low end of the Zebra Danio's comfort range they should be OK together.If there is enough space in the aquarium try to talk Mom into getting a few more.---PeeTee

I've also heard them called Golden White Cloud Minnows, but PeeTee is absolutely correct.

I'm positive it is a white cloud mountain minnow, they have the small whitish boddies with the red finnage.

I think it is a neon tetra or some close Tetra relative.
