good...its cute...like a half way smile...u may smile and turn away or smile then put your head down...just like a shy person would...

Generally it's a good thing when you are young, imagine you smile shyly when you are like 40s, it might look like a pervert !!
Blushing and smiling shyly are very different. I think you might be just blushing and that's okay

It means that you're smiling as if you don't want anyone to see or notice. Not for sneaky reasons, though. It's neither good or bad. In my view, it's not good because no one should feel that her/his smile is ugly or not worth seeing. Everyone has right to smile with confidence.
