The mentioned mobo is a socket 939
The core 2 duo is a socket LGA775
For that mobo you can get a Athlon 64 X2, 64 FX, 64 (socket 939)

You can fit a 8800GTX or any PCIe graphic card on it.

no it is socket 939, not LGA 775, 939 is for AMDs - the best socket 939 cpu out there is the Dual core FX-60, which is about almost as powerful as the E6600 core 2 duo - it runs for about $450 which is okay for such a powerful CPU
if a motherboard has pci express, then it can support any pci express graphics card -
just watch out for the power supply with an 8800GTX - get a well known good brand 600W+ like Apevia or OCZ gameXstream

No, this mobo is a 939 socket which will support a AMD Dual-Core processor, but not anything by Intel. This mobo is for AMD processors only. If you want one for the Intel processor you specified, you will need a socket 775 mobo.
