Your GP or uroligist can recommend what you should do. There are people who specialize in the procedure.

And remember, it's your decision and there's a lot of anti-circ rhetoric online. As long as you know what's involved on both sides, don't let people tell you that you're mutilating yourself and the like. And some of the previous comments have been downright false. It can be performed after infancy (see source) and there's no evidence to suggest that circumcision is going out of fashion, in fact within that last 5-10 years the rates have actually gone up in U.S. (though they've gone down in the bigger picture). Plus, as I'm sure you know, there is emerging evidence that it significantly affects your risk of transmitting HIV, though this is speculative and you shouldn't do it on that alone.

Good luck.

Please don't do this to yourself! You will be reducing sexual pleasure for yourself and your partner(s) for the rest of your life. It is NOT any cleaner - that's absurd, as all you need to do is wash once in a while. And penile cancer is extremely rare - it's like staying in the house all the time so you won't be hit by a meteorite falling out of the sky.

Circumcision is rapidly going out of fashion, as people realise how extremely harmful it is. Did you know that it started out being popular in Victorian times as a way to lessen boys' sexual pleasure so they wouldn't masturbate? It's true.

Once the foreskin is gone, it's gone forever. Many men are now going through the tedious process of trying to restore their foreskins, which can take 1-3 years of work. Read some of their stories at http://www.norm.org - and also read the first-hand account of someone who had himself cut not long ago: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AtVSnjycVTQ9PQw.qobP1Q8AAAAA?qid=20070101193846AA385UM Do you still want to do this to yourself?

#2 after sex turn to your lover and tell her you just had sex with her sister that morning then go to sleep, it will be done for you by the time you wake up!
