Does anyone know when the next Sufjan Stevens albums is being released and what state (if a state) will it be focued around?

I know he just released Avalanche, which is everything that didn't make the cut from Illinois, and Songs For Christmas. I have both albums, and although they obviously can't compare with Illinois, they are pretty good in their own right.
I don't know when he's going to release his next album or what state it's going to be focused on, but here is an exerpt from wikipedia:
"The next states to be taken on in the project have been reported as Oregon and Rhode Island.[17] Minnesota may be another candidate"

not a clue, and I hope the state is all the rest of 'em. I don't get the big deal with this guy.
