Light green as in green is reffered to money so light green means "Low on cash".

YEP YEP, that person above me is correct. the adjective light is a play on words, not light as in clolor but as in weight

i really think it means that he attracts money, and its alot of it that comes to him, and his worst color is "light green" because his pockets are NEVER light...get it? hope i helped!
