Yeah, if you have a lot of experience, it's expected to be in the 2 page range.

Yes, more than 1 page is totally acceptable. But make sure it is warranted. The main reason is if you have a lot of experience. I'd say relevant work experience is the #1 thing people look at when deciding to bring you in to interview or to hire you. So some detail is warranted.

However, DON'T do 2 pages if your "a lot of info" is activities, personal info, etc. I'm sure there are many new grads out there who participated in a lot of activities. I'd find a way to pare it down a bit if that was the case. It's good to be active/involved, but not that relevant to the job search in my opinion.

I am a headhunter and it is absolutely ok to have a two page resume. It is better to have two pages than to leave off critical information. The best thing to do is look at the job description and make sure that the aspects of the job description really stand out on your resume

Long resumes are thrown into the garbage. Have on page one that just gives name, address, etc., list your degrees and where you earned them, and briefly list (point form) your most responsible jobs and title. A second page gives a small paragraph of the jobs and duties of what was listed on page 1. Do not list all of your experience, just 3 or 4 of your most recent and impressive positions. Certainly list those that relate to the job for which you are applying. The second page may vary depending on the job for which you are applying.

Two pages is fine, but no more than 2 pages.
