I'm looking for an advanced level book that won't break my bank account. I'm a poor college student.

It's a novel and a movie: The Agony and the Ecstasy. It's on a lot of high school reading lists. It covers the history very well although it's dramatized. But the research that went into it was deep.

Go to Amazon.com or Barnesandnoble.com and scroll. But before you say "best" really define what you mean.

Do you want an authentic life story, or a description of what his art was about? Michaelengelo, like many artists, was moody, conniving, and deceiving so his real life story is not pretty, like Picasso was an abuser. Be sure you know what you want.

The Agony And The Ecstacy is an incredible book. its biographical fiction, so i doubt you would be able to use it as a source, but it is a fun read. written by irving stone.

why dont you just try going to ask.com and put43ting in a advanced level of Michelangelo biography.Put if you put in advanced autobiography you will probally find more information
