What is the best way to migrate data from a different source (MS SQL SERVER, ACCESS, DBF ) to MY SQL ? Need a clue about it. Thanks.

Navicat is a GUI for MySQL that supports connections to any ODBC source (which MS SQL supports). Just run the import wizard and connect to your SQL server as an ODBC source... and follow the instructions. The import wizard is very easy to use.
