Actully the above are all false. I have sources inside the WB becuase my Uncle works there. He said that the Girls Contracts were up on Season 6. But the girls went ahead and made another season. Now there Contracts are really up. They dont want to continue the series, but (dont tell any one i said this) there might be a new season with new charectors in the next few years on a dufferant Station.

After Shannen Doherty left the ratings dramatically fell. It was the least watched show on television for a while and the budget was coming short they could barely pay the actors. The show was falling apart so they had to end it.

Rose McGowan didn't really want to be on charmed any longer. She wanted to go do new things and plus the contracts on the girls were pretty much up. They figured it was time to end the show.. it was sad but it was time.

They, along with 7th Heaven, were supposed to switch networks, something about the WB leaving the air. But they didnt want to so they decided to end the show instead. 7th Heaven was going to do the same, but changed their minds.
