Personally,I would do black stillettos. But the new craze with celebritys like cameron diaz is bright coloured shoes in colours such as coral and red.
Depends what u like i guess, but i think a smart investment would be black stillettos, as you can wear them again and again rather than a colourful pair of shoes that are just a short time craze

It's up to you. Any color goes with black. I personally do not like the way brown looks with black, and I would advise against wearing black with brown. But you get to play of your shoes however you want. You can make all your accessories match your shoes. Anything you wanna do. The world is yours.

Unless you are attending a funeral, then consider adding a little colour to your outfit by wearing red heels. I've seen this numerous of times on tv and thought it look fantastic. It really does keep you from looking so morbid and all dress in black..

Oh a seductive black kitten heel in black. And the gloves and clutch bag are a must as is the chignon.
You bring back so many memories of my youth when we would not go out without a spare pair of clean gloves and handkerchief in a clutch bag .Went to the local pally where you could get a squirt of Elizabeth Arden's green grass perfume for 2/6 pence. Magic times! No drinking or drugs just good clean fun to see who could pull the most guys and leave them standing at the bus stop.

Statement shoes and accessories definately, go for deep red or gold. I know leopard print can be tacky if overdone but a plain black dress and leopard print shoes would look great if they're nice shoes!

Never, ever, EVER wear a black dress with any shoes that aren't BLACK!!! I don't care what you see on the vapid celebs mincing down the red carpet. Anything other than black shoes with a black dress is just tacky. Period!!!

A heel with grey in it. Either all grey or a combo of black and grey. Depending on the material of the dress, this may not work for all types, but something more textured and soft to the touch but still a strong heel.

Depends on how dressy you want to look. If it is for daytime, maybe red shoes with a red scarf (OR necklace OR belt, NOT more than one!). Perhaps for the office a crisp taupe with matching/coordinating belt or shrug. For a very dressy night out - flashy, splashy, sassy silver or gold...flaunt it!
