yes.if any of those judges left i think its ratings would sink.they are irreplaceable judges

Personally, I think that Simon is important to the show, but Paula and Randy can go.
They're cool and all, but sometimes both of them are just too much. It would be nice to see some new faces sitting at the judges table beside Simon. I think it would be new and fun.

I think it would. Without him, Randy and Paula would just let everyone through to the next round because they felt sorry for them. He tells it like it is.
