You'd expect her to be rushing in there to defend the victim!
Those three little trollops are going to be sooo shocked when they come out to face the music. I can't wait !! hahahaa
Did you see Danielle squirming in the diary room when she was questioned about saying Shirpa should f**k off back home? Wow she came out with some quick excuses.
I don't think Danielle or Jo have been led at all - often times they start the bitching off knowing full well how much miss piggy will over react. They were laughing!!! They encourage that monstrous pig - nasty little girls!
It's not often brought up in discussion - but there is a definite issue with young girls finding older attractive women as a threat. They are sooo jealous.
If I was a young woman in there - I'd find Shirpa an absolute inspiration.

I believe that Jo and Danielle are just being followers of Jade because none of thm have had a go at Shilpa they have just laughed when Jaded did it I think the true bully here is Jade. Also that interesting about Jo I never new that.

It may be ironic, this is the first I have heard of the incident, but it has been shown that violence can result in the victim themselves becoming violent towards others. Definitely it has been seen in cases of violent men and perhaps there are cases of it happening with violent women.
I am not sure however whether the show or person referred to be can considered a good example as it may be "acting".

Yes,I mean she and Danielle were laughing at the way Jade was shouting at Shilpa!What the heck was funny about that???I found it embarrassing,to say the least

She seems a very weak person who is probably scared of Jade so she goes along with her as she does not want to be bullied herself. She never looks very relaxed.

She is too easily led, bullies run in packs. She is too weak but will probably justify her actions when she gets her interview.
