electricity keys!!!?

Question

i had put some money on my key.then put it in the meter and it wouldnt except it .it came up error.so i then put more money on key as i thought i might not of put enough on.then i relised i had used my old key from another electricity company.would i get a refund of the £8 that i had put on if i ring them and explain what i have done???i still have the receipts.

Yes you will. Call them up and ask them what you need to do. (Usually send a copy of the receipt and a short note).
