everyone is different you cant really say but the most common signs are sore breast, very tired, moody i have noticed with both of my pregnancies i was tired like a few days after concieved but some say they have no symptoms oh and body aches bad good luck to you!!!!

At first I didn't really feel any different. As my body changed with the pregnancy I felt odd...just thinking that another person was growing inside me...a little strange at first.

You don't really feel anything physically until you are at least 4 weeks pregnant, then the usual symptoms are morning sickness, tender breasts, etc.

Well when i got pregnant i felt very tired and bolted and dizzy but every one is different.
