If someone says something nice to you, should you take it seriously, as a joke, or should you ignore them? Did that kid just drop me a hint or am I being paranoid? How come a 7-year-old kid actress is making more money than my parents? Ooo, is Mariah Carey making a new album?

I'm wondering how Freud could call religion a 'worldwide neurosis.' If a neurosis is common to human kind on a whole, doesn't it cease to be a defect and become a human characeristic?
Freud was cracked out. He makes me queasy. That any guy who fainted in the presence of great men could have the audacity to try to find and pick apart the faults of the rest of the world boggles my mind. Plus his unhealthy attachment to his daughter...why does anyone listen to this guy?
