my credit is Bad,I would like to open a Seafood Restaurant?

I have all the Knowledge in Credintials to Run a Successful Restaurant,but my Credit is Bad,how can i get a Loan to pay off my credit so i can Open my Restaurant in New Orleans.Because there's No good food with that taste of New Orleans, But I have what it Takes to make really Good Food. Any Business mind People that wants the Opputunity Of a Life Time.....We can really make it RICH,,because Soul-Food is All I know...

First of all, restaurants are one of the riskiest small business you may want to get involved in and without good credit your chances are pretty much null of getting a business loan. However, you may be able to get some private investor support by meeting people interested in your food. You could do this by sponsoring taste tests for small business associations. The world is yours however no credit, no respect.

You might try getting in with someone. Start small...You don't need a loan to pay off your credit card...just start paying it off. Unless of course you can get someone to finance you...that would be where the "get with someone" would come in. If you are as good as you think you are...find a restaurant that will hire you and build up a good customer base. Then when you get ready to start your own business you'll already have alot of your clientell built up. Good Luck.

Remember that with bad credit comes the opinion of others that you are a bad credit risk as well. Clean up the credit and get a job as a chef for a while, then once your reputation as both a good credit risk and chef grows it shouldn't be a problem. Good luck
