turboweegie, Mr Hain would never have made that comment to The Spectator, without the tacit approval of the man (Brown) who will replace Blair in 5 months time. I believe we need to start looking ahead to the reality of our World Status and allies from this point on.

Not all brits are staunch US supporters. And Bush's administration is no where are right wing as Reagan's, or even Thatcher's. So that Brit politician must be very, very young to not remember them.

Sounds like a typical neo-liberal politician out to take a stab as Bush. A disingenuous attempt at keeping his name in the paper.

So I've been poking around in your history and see that basically you have only one thing to say...

You hate George Bush.

Now I know you must realize that you are not the only knee-jerk GWB-hater on YA, so I was wondering why you are so persistent with this litany of never-ending anti-Bush pap. I think I may have discovered what drives you.

You think your questions are a great way to exhibit your brilliance!

I know this because it took you less than 24 hours to discover the new stars rating system for exemplary Q's. By golly, you've given yourself TWO already!

Proud of yourself, aren't you?

First, Mr. Hain represents what Labour was during the bad old days. He hates anything remotely associated with the special relationship.

Second, Britain is hardly the US' only ally. I'm sure our antipodean friends would be interested in your assertion. I guess they don't count.

I'd say your belief that Mr. Hain represents all of England is quite incorrect.

This is the words of one person had already hated Bush. How does that make it the belief of all of England?

Does the fact that you are unable to make a logical, coherent or cogent statement a source of worry for you? Or are you an educator?

Sorry, chuckles, but that's quite a convoluted explanation to try to portray that as the official British position. Try again.

Remember you only tackle the man with the ball in football, cause he is the only one who can score.
So you are just proving to me how much on the Ball he must be.
As a Canadian it seems to me He must be a great president , as well very effective, a man of great stature. Years a head of his time. Only many years from now will they honor Him.
Bush is a man of God. He can not tell you everything now can he? So others take advantage of that.
He is an honorable man of God.

Considering the source.. .the BBC.. fairly far to the left.

Someone posted a liberal vs conservative quiz a few days ago and Ronald Reagan was at the far right... Jesse Jackson was the far left.

lol. from "the brits" or from "a brit" listen to "a democrat" or even a couple of instances of "a republican" and you can hear the same thing. its an opinion. people have different ones. but nice spin.

people right here, just like that British liberal, say that all the time. the fact remains that we have not been attacked on our soil since 9/11. do you think they just stopped trying? we regularly hear "very strong words" from our own countrymen, comments of foreigners surprise you?

Who cares, we dont need em.
We need to bring back the draft, flood Iraq with troops, kill all dissenters and end the thing once and for all.

Hitler was considered extreme right wing. No one needed to worry about what Hitler had in mind for Germany either, did they. (sarcasm)
