I believe an M.B.A. would give an better understanding of the business operations and it will allow me to advanced within your organization.

The weakness question,the interviewer is always going to ask your about strengths and weakness. A weakness can be an strength.

MBA will teach you how to search for answers to your business problems, how to optimise the use of resources and how to minmise risks and losses, while optimsing profits.


Be honest about your weakness, but state it in a manner that it does not affect your performance. As for why anybody should take you, tell them about your abilities which can be of use to the employer.

MBA will only help you meeting the minimum eligibility requirement, if it has been specified for a particular post. Rest you will have to do yourself. Convince the interviewer that you are the best person for the job. For this, clearly understand the job requirements and fit yourself into the job frame. If you can do it effectively, the job is yours.

The answer should be very honest attempt of how you fit the role and what you can contribute to the company in that role.
