How do I sue my sexual attackers in Alberta Canada.?

I was molested as a child and now 30 years later wish to press charges... what are my options in Alberta, Canada?

I agree. Go see a good lawyer and find out if you have enough evidence to make a case.

The courts are somewhat reluctant to take on cases that are so old. You will need a lot of evidence to support your case when you go see the lawyer. Are there other people who will swear in court that what you are saying is true? The more, the better.

I wish you good luck, but because of the long period of time that has passed since the original offences, this will be very difficult.
